With decades of experience in infrastructure development, Arete leverages the strategic insight and execution expertise needed to transform vision into reality.
PIP embodies this commitment—it is a project designed to lead the industry and ensure lasting impact.

Empowering Industrial Ambition
Global companies choose PIP to fast-track their growth with speed, clarity, and scalable infrastructure.
Plug-In. Scale Fast.
PIP removes the usual friction of industrial setup. With pre-approved land, ready infrastructure, and single-window clearances, companies can move from intent to execution—without delay or red tape.

Growth That Benefits All
With ₹12,000+ crore in committed investments and capacity for over 100 industries, PIP is fostering extensive economic transformation. By creating thousands of jobs—both directly and indirectly—PIP significantly contributes to regional prosperity and facilitates long-term development.
United by Vision, Connected by Purpose
At PIP, industries don’t just coexist—they collaborate. Built as a unified ecosystem, the park facilitates the sharing of resources, fosters synergistic partnerships, and promotes collective innovation. It’s more than infrastructure; it’s a community of future-focused enterprises growing stronger together.

Vision & Conceptualisation
The idea of PIP was seeded with a bold vision—to create an industrial park that wasn't just another real estate venture but an integrated chemical manufacturing ecosystem. Initial feasibility studies, market consultations, and strategic location assessments for Dahej PCPIR began.

Master Planning & Approvals
The detailed master plan was drawn, with a clear focus on chemical sector compatibility, plug-and-play infrastructure, and ESG compliance. PIP received crucial permissions and policy endorsements, setting the foundation for seamless development.

Launch & Infrastructure Mobilisation
PIP was launched in December 2021 with Phase 1 initiating the development of core infrastructure including roads, stormwater drainage, streetlights, and utility corridors. Key regulatory clearances were secured—Environmental Clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), approvals for 50 MLD water and 30 MLD effluent discharge, and Master Plan approval from the PCPIR Regional Development Authority—ensuring a ready-to-operate industrial ecosystem.

Onboarding & Execution
Several marquee industries were onboarded. Construction began for centralised utilities, including CETP (Common Effluent Treatment Plant), water pipelines, power substations, and gas networks. PIP began shaping into a full-service industrial destination, focusing on reducing time to market and centralising non-core functions to boost operational ROI for clients.

Ecosystem Maturity & Expansion
With over ₹12,000 crore in committed investments and 100+ industrial units envisioned, PIP is on track to become India’s most efficient industrial ecosystem for chemical manufacturing. Upcoming focus areas include Green Hydrogen Production with Fourier Earth, a 55 MW solar energy plant, and advanced logistics and resource-sharing frameworks.
