A centralized steam boiler facility with a capacity of 30 to 60 tons per day is currently being developed within the park. Initially powered by coal, this facility is designed for a phased transition to biomass, thereby providing green steam to member industries. This initiative not only supports decarbonization efforts but also offers scalable thermal infrastructure, effectively eliminating the necessity for individual boiler installations.

Green Hydrogen for a Cleaner Future
In collaboration with Fourier Earth, a Palo Alto-based hydrogen innovation startup, PIP is pioneering on-site green hydrogen production—empowering industries to adopt cleaner, low-carbon manufacturing practices.
Using advanced modular electrolyser technology, hydrogen is generated at the rate of 3 to 6 kilograms per hour, leveraging renewable energy and water—right within the industrial ecosystem.

Powering Industry, Sustainably
PIP offers industries access to a 55 MW Group Captive Solar Power Plant—delivering clean, renewable power without upfront investment in infrastructure. This Group Captive SPV model not only helps industries eliminate capital expenditure, but also ensures long-term cost efficiency, zero cross-subsidy, and regulatory advantages under the government’s green energy framework.
PIP’s integrated utility corridor also provisions for critical industrial gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen. By ensuring reliable, on-demand access to these essential inputs, PIP enhances process continuity and operational efficiency—particularly for sectors that demand high-performance atmospheres and clean utilities.
